We offer 2 types of frosted films - 2 YEAR & 5 YEAR Outdoor durability.

Outdoor durability is how long it will last when applied outdoors. But if you install indoors, it will last much longer. We recommend to always install frosted films indoors as it is not exposed to rain, wind, dust and etc.

 

Which material should I purchase?

Our 2 Year Outdoor Durability is the right type of frosted film for you if:

— you only need to install it on a glass surface that is INDOORS. 

— you’re a renter and not looking for long term usage

— you want an affordable frosted film. Our 2 YEAR Outdoor Durability Frosted films are generally 20-25% cheaper than the 5 YEAR Outdoor durability film that we offer.

 

Our 5 Year outdoor Durability is the right type of frosted film for you if:

— you’re looking for long term usage of frosted films. Our films can last up to 5 years outdoor and for more than 10 years indoor.

— you would like to install the frosted film outside such as glass swimming pool fences or outside windows. It will last much longer when installed indoors though.

 

Both films can be easily removed without damaging your glass - perfect for renter and homeowners alike. They can be installed on any flat, clean, non-textured glass surfaces.

 

We use Australia Post to ship all our products. You will receive a tracking number for your order. 

 

Turnaround:

Our production time is 3-6 business days from when you place your order, make payment, and/or approve the proof (for custom designs).

Refunds:

 

As all Liemanco products are made to order, they cannot be refunded or canceled. Please choose your products carefully as once your order has been placed, we are not required to provide a refund or exchange because you changed your mind about a particular purchase. However, if there is a change you want to make to your order, leave us a message within 2 hours after placing an order and we will let you know if the product has not been processed yet.

 

Exchanges/Return Policy:

 

Liemanco products cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs/descriptions of the alleged damage. The validity of all claims will be decided by Liemanco. If your order is deemed to be defective, you will be issued with a replacement of your original order.

 

We reserve the right to refuse a damaged return if you have not notified us through email with appropriate corresponding photographs within 48 hours after receiving your order. Furthermore, if your eligible for product replacement, your item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. We will pay the reshipping costs, and we will provide return shipping labels for defective or incorrect products.
